The Pinnacle Back ™ Turf Process
The turf manufacturing process begins with high quality UV stabilized yarns.
These creel racks feed into large tufting machines which sew the yarn into a primary backing material.

On the tufting machines, larger gauge needles sew the yarn into the primary backing. The tufted product is then rolled onto a mending frame for inspection.
Finally, the greige turf runs through our patent-protected finishing line. Our 100% recyclable turf is then ready to be cut to size and shipped to you.
